During the recent upgrade, Heather took on a leadership role in the RM BCR process, handling tasks like product testing and deposit statement validation. Her willingness to go beyond her job description showcases her dedication and organizational skills.

2024 Outstanding Volunteer Award ¶

Role: Senior Residential Lending Manager
Lori's contributions to our Bank's "Outstanding" CRA rating through her volunteer work are noteworthy. She serves on the Coastal Housing Partnership (CHP) Board, focusing on affordable housing on the Central Coast. Lori also teaches homebuyer workshops, helping employees understand the homebuying process.
