Holly brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as First Vice President, Director of Operations at American Riviera Bank. Since joining the bank in April 2022, she has played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of retail banking activities and technical systems.
With 18 years in the banking industry, Holly has a proven track record of success in various positions. Her journey began as a Client Support Representative, where she honed her skills in providing exceptional customer service. Throughout her career, she has steadily progressed, taking on roles such as Client Support Specialist, Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, Branch Service Manager, Central Operations Manager, and Operations Support Manager. This diverse experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of all aspects of banking operations, from the front lines to the back office.
As Director of Operations, Holly is responsible for overseeing and directing the Operations Support and Central Operations Departments. Her focus is on ensuring that these departments function efficiently and effectively to deliver an excellent client experience. This includes managing operational activities, technical systems, and staff to optimize performance and achieve strategic goals.
